JTG Systems provides phone repair and related services. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue any service at any time without notice.

• Provide accurate information about your device and its issues
• Backup your data before submitting your device for repair
• Remove any passwords or security locks from your device
• Understand that some data loss may occur during repairs

• We provide a 90-day warranty on parts and workmanship
• Warranty does not cover damage from misuse or accidents
• We are not liable for data loss during repairs
• Our liability is limited to the cost of the repair service

• Payment is due upon completion of services
• Prices are subject to change without notice
• Additional charges may apply if new issues are discovered during repair

• You may cancel services before work begins
• Refunds are at our discretion and may be subject to a cancellation fee
• No refunds will be given after work has begun

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Ontario, Canada. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Welland, Ontario.

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Your continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of any changes.
